• Non‑refundable deposits
• Cancellation penalties
• Change fees
• Final payment deadlines

We will provide supplier policies at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations by the ClientIf you choose to cancel your trip:

• Supplier penalties will apply
• The planning fee remains non‑refundable
• Additional administrative fees may apply for rebooking or itinerary changes

4. Cancellations by Suppliers

If a cruise line or supplier cancels or changes your trip:

• Refunds or credits are issued according to their policies
• We will assist you in navigating options
• We are not responsible for supplier decisions

5. No‑Show Policy

Failure to appear for travel may result in 100% loss of funds.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against:

• Trip cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Lost luggage
• Travel delays
