We provide personalized travel planning services specializing in suite‑level cruise experiences, premium accommodations, and concierge‑style support. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
2. Planning FeeA $25 planning fee is required to begin research, prepare cruise options, or provide personalized recommendations.
- This fee is non‑refundable if you choose not to book.
- If you book a cruise through us, the $25 is credited toward your deposit.
No research or itinerary work begins until the planning fee is paid.
3. Booking & PaymentsAll bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and payment schedules of the travel suppliers. You are responsible for:
- Reviewing supplier terms
- Making payments by required deadlines
- Providing accurate traveler information
Failure to meet deadlines may result in cancellation or loss of funds.
4. Third‑Party SuppliersCruisewithme.travel does not own or operate cruise lines, hotels, airlines, or tour companies. We are not responsible for:
- Supplier cancellations
- Schedule changes
- Service interruptions
- Acts of nature or unforeseen events
All travel is subject to the supplier’s policies.
5. Travel DocumentsYou are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, identification, and any required travel documents. We are not liable for denied boarding or travel delays due to missing or invalid documents.
6. Changes & ModificationsAny changes to your booking are subject to supplier rules and may incur additional fees. We will assist with modifications but cannot guarantee availability.
7. Limitation of LiabilityWe are not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss, damage, or theft of property
- Delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by suppliers
- Acts of nature, strikes, or emergencies
Our liability is limited to the amount of the planning fee paid.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll content on this website—including text, branding, and images—is the property of Cruisewithme.travel and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
